Use the Support Tab
Inside your Streamline site, you’ll see a Support tab. From here, you can:

Submit questions, issues, or requests.

Provide any details or attachments our team may need to help.

Automatically generate a support ticket so nothing falls through the cracks.

When signed into your Streamline site, you’ll notice a chat feature in the bottom-right corner.
Our AI-powered chatbot can:

Instantly answer questions using our knowledge base.

Help you search articles right from the chat window.

Escalate issues to our support team. If the bot can’t resolve your question, it will automatically create a support ticket for a human support rep to follow up via email.
