2. AI-powered Chatbot (Now Live!) 
When signed into your Streamline site you will see a the chat feature on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Our new AI-powered chatbot can assist you by pulling information from our knowledge base and allows you to search articles directly within the chat. If you need further assistance, you can request to escalate the conversation to a human, and the chatbot will convert your query into a support ticket so that one of our support reps can follow up via email.
