How to embed video on your website pages

Video elements are designed to make it simple to embed YouTube videos or Vimeo videos directly on your website pages. Video elements work well for posting recordings and videos for meetings, campaigns, advertisements, or events you want to promote.

If you would like to post a video that isn't hosted on either YouTube or Vimeo, you will need to upload the video to your Content Library and add it as a File element instead for your visitors to download and watch.

Add video to a page

  1. Navigate to the page and click Edit this page at the top right of the screen:  editpage
  2. Below the Title, in in the Main Body Content area, locate the + icon  to the left of the location where you want to add an image, and click the icon to bring up the Insert Element menu (if you don't see these icons, simply click to the left, outside of the Main Body Content area, to make them appear)
  3. Choose the Video element and click Insert in the top-right corner:
  4. Enter the URL of the YouTube or Vimeo video you want to embed
  5. Click save when finished:
