Google Analytics: How to Get the “Install Manually” Code and Set Up Your Site with Streamline
Unlock Deeper Website Insights with Google Analytics
Last updated: August 2025
Right now, Streamline provides only limited analytics—you’ll see a monthly summary of site visits on your My Dashboard screen, but not detailed reports. We don’t offer a page-by-page breakdown of visits or historical tracking beyond the past month.
For more in-depth insights, we recommend Google Analytics. It’s a free service from Google that provides powerful reports—everything from which pages people are visiting to how long they stay, and even real-time visitor counts. To use it, Google will give you a short code snippet to paste into your website. Once we add it to your Streamline site, Analytics will begin tracking right away.

-
Log in to Google Tag Manager.
-
Choose the correct Account and Container for your website.
-
In the top-right corner, click your Container ID (it looks like
GTM-XXXXXXX
). -
A window will pop up with two code snippets labeled:
-
One for the
<head>
of your site -
One for right after the opening
<body>
tag
-
-
Copy both snippets in full.
-
Send them to Streamline through your support ticket or email.
👉 Once we add the GTM code to your site, you can manage your Google Analytics and other tracking tags directly inside your Tag Manager account—without editing your site again.
