You can use Google Analytics to track visitors to any page on your site - for no cost!
To install GA4 (Google Analytics 4) on your website, you'll need to follow these steps:
-
Create a GA4 property: If you haven't already done so, create a GA4 property by visiting the Google Analytics website and signing up for GA4.
-
Set up your data streams: Once you have created a GA4 property, you need to set up data streams. A data stream is a data source that sends data to your GA4 property. You can set up a data stream for your website by selecting the "Web" option under the "Data Streams" section.
-
Get the measurement ID: After setting up a data stream, you will be given a measurement ID. This ID needs to be added to your website's HTML code so that GA4 can start tracking your website's traffic. You can find the measurement ID under the "Data Streams" section of your GA4 property.
- Once you have this code, email it to us at support@getstreamline.com to install on your website!
If you're not sure how to proceed with this, no worries! You can schedule office hours with us to review your GA account and make sure everything is working correctly. Streamline Office Hours
