How to add, move, and modify image galleries on your website pages

When you have multiple images, photos, or pictures you want to display on the same page, image galleries make it easy to do this in an elegant and responsive way. You can add image galleries as elements to your pages.
Add image galleries to pages
- Navigate to the page and click Edit this page at the top right of the screen:
- Below the Title, in in the Main Body Content area, locate the + icon to the left of the location where you want to add an image, and click the icon to bring up the Insert Element menu (if you don't see these icons, simply click to the left, outside of the Main Body Content area, to make them appear)
- Choose the Image Gallery element and click Insert in the top-right corner:
- Locate the first image from your Content Library you want to include and click on it to select it. If you don't see the image you're looking for, you can either:
- Upload an image by clicking Upload from your computer
- Use one of our free stock photos by clicking Select from stock photography
- Once you have the first image selected, you can select additional images, even if they are not located near one another in your library. To do this:
- (Windows) Press and hold the Control key on your keyboard:
(Mac) Press and hold the Command key on your keyboard: - Click each image to select it (but keep holding down the key on your keyboard!)
- If you selected the wrong image, keep holding down the key, and then click on the image again to deselect it
- (Windows) Press and hold the Control key on your keyboard:

- Once you have all of the images you want to include, click the Select button in the top-right corner:
Add images to an existing image gallery
- While editing a page with an image gallery, you can add more images to the gallery by clicking the Add image button near the bottom of the gallery element:
- Locate the first image from your Content Library you want to include and click on it to select it. If you don't see the image you're looking for, you can either:
- Upload an image by clicking Upload from your computer
- Use one of our free stock photos by clicking Select from stock photography
- Once you have the first image selected, you can select additional images, even if they are not located near one another in your library. To do this:
- On Windows, press and hold the Control key on your keyboard:
Or if using a Mac, press and hold the Command key on your keyboard: - Click each image to add it to your selection - remember to keep holding down the key as you click
- If you selected the wrong image, keep holding down the key, and then click on the image again to deselect just that image.
- On Windows, press and hold the Control key on your keyboard:
- Once you have all of the images you want to include, click the Select button in the top-right corner:
Move and reposition an image gallery
- While editing a page, hover your mouse cursor over the image gallery
- Locate the blue cross icon near the top-right corner of the gallery
- Click, hold, and drag your mouse to move the gallery up or down the page
Add captions to images in an image gallery
- While editing a page, locate the "Gallery image caption text" field next to the image that needs a caption
- Type your caption in the box, and the text will be automatically saved as a caption if you save the page
Reorder images in an image gallery
- While editing a page, locate the "handlebars" next to each image in the gallery:
- Click and hold the handlebar of image you want to move
- Drag your mouse cursor to move the image up and down the gallery
Remove images from an image gallery
- While editing a page, locate the red trashcan icon next to the image you want to remove:
- Clicking it will remove the image from your gallery, but not from your content library
