How to Use the AI Assistant
Get quick answers with Streamline’s AI-powered Chatbot, available inside your account.

Accessing the Chatbot
While signed into your Streamline Admin account, look for the Chatbot bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
- Click the red chat icon to expand the chat window.

Click the X icon to close the bubble.
⚠️ For security reasons, the Chatbot cannot search or access content on your Streamline website.
⚠️ The Chatbot is available only to staff members logged into Streamline.
⚠️ Customers and portal users do not have access to the Chatbot.
Asking Questions
Once the chat window is open, you can:
- Start a new conversation by clicking the chat icon in the top-right.
- Continue a previous conversation from the list.
- Browse Knowledge Base articles by selecting the Help tab.
The AI Assistant responds using information from multiple trusted sources, including Streamline’s Knowledge Base.
After Receiving a Response
When the AI Assistant replies, you can provide feedback:

👍 Your question was answered

👎 Your question was not answered, and you need more support
If your question isn’t fully resolved, you’ll have the option to connect with a member of Streamline’s Customer Support team.
Continuous Improvement
The AI Assistant is updated regularly with new knowledge.
✨ That means a question it can’t answer today may be answered in the future as its training and resources expand.
