If you're having trouble posting to Facebook from Streamline, you're not alone! In some cases, the issue is related to Facebook’s Professional Mode, and unfortunately, it's not something Streamline can fix.
🔍 What’s Going On?
Some districts have reported issues where they’re unable to publish posts to Facebook, even though everything looks correct in Streamline. After investigating, we’ve found the problem is usually tied to Professional Mode being enabled on your Facebook profile or page.
Professional Mode is a Facebook setting that can limit how posts are created and published—especially from third-party platforms like Streamline.
✅ What You Can Do
If you're running into this issue, we recommend one of the following options:

Post directly from Facebook: You can manually copy and paste your content into a Facebook post.

Contact Facebook Support: Let them know what’s happening and ask if Professional Mode might be impacting your ability to post.
⚠️ Because this is a Facebook platform-specific limitation, Streamline is unable to make changes or resolve the issue directly.
