DocAccess Support: Your Sites Overview
Last updated: December 2025
The Your Sites section in the DocAccess Control Center helps you manage all connected websites in one place.
Your Sites:
In the Your Sites section, a list of all websites connected to a DocAccess account is displayed.
Helper Script Status
The Helper Script Status column indicates whether the DocAccess script is properly installed on A website:
- Not Added means the DocAccess script hasn’t been added or configured on the website.
- Installed means the script has been successfully added, and files should begin being detected automatically.
Action
Depending on whether the DocAccess script has been installed, the following buttons will appear under Action:
- Add – Displays installation instructions for adding the DocAccess Helper Script to A website.
- Added – Appears once the script has been installed and will display a confirmation message when clicked.
For customers using Streamline Websites only:
- Sync – Compares the files on your Streamline-hosted website with those in DocAccess and lets you sync any newly detected files to your DocAccess Control Center.
- If new files are detected, click Proceed with Sync to automatically add them to your Control Center.
Domain
This column lists all domains added to the DocAccess Control Center. Each domain is automatically scanned, and any files detected on that domain are loaded into the Your Documents section.
Additional domains can be added by selecting + Add Another Site.
Last Scanned
Displays the date and time the domain was most recently scanned.
⚙️ Settings
The Settings menu allows configuration and management of options for each domain in the DocAccess Control Center.
