DocAccess Support: Control Center Additional Features Overview

At the bottom of the DocAccess Control Center, there are additional features that allow users to:

Add missing files that are not appearing in the Documents section.

Upload files directly to the DocAccess Control Center to make them accessible.
These tools help ensure all relevant documents are included and processed.
📤 Upload PDF:
A file can be uploaded directly from your computer and added to the Your Documents section.
Under Select PDF File, select Choose File, pick the file from your computer, and then click Upload & Process.
Note:
If multiple domains are connected to the account, the Select Domain accordion can be used to choose which domain the file should be uploaded to.
- Open the Choose a domain… dropdown.
- All available domains will be listed.
- Select the desired domain, then click Upload & Process to place the file under that domain.
📄Missing Files?:
If files uploaded to a website are not appearing in the Your Documents section, the Missing Files button at the bottom of the page can help troubleshoot.
📄 I'm missing a specific document
- Copy the full URL of the file from the website.
- Paste it into the Document URL field.
- Once submitted, the file will be processed and automatically loaded into the Your Documents section.
📚 I'm missing a bunch of documents
📋 Supply a List of URLs to Documents:
- Copy the full URLs of multiple files (one per line).
- Paste them into the Document URL field.
- Submit to process and load all documents.
🌐 Supply a link to a page with documents listed on it:
If a resources page contains files that are not being detected:
- Copy the full URL of the page.
- Paste it into the Page URL Containing Documents field.
- Submit to process all linked documents from that page.
🔍 It can't find any files on my site
If DocAccess is unable to detect any files on a domain, several manual upload methods are available. These options allow documents to be added directly to the Your Documents section.
🔗 Supply a URL to the document
- Copy the full URL of the document from the website.
- Paste the URL into the field labeled Document URL.
- Once submitted, the file will be processed and automatically loaded into the Your Documents section.
📋 Supply a list of URLs to documents
- Copy the full URLs of each document (one per line).
- Paste them into the field labeled Document URL.
- Submit to process and load all documents.
🌐 Supply a link to a page with documents listed on it
Use this method when a webpage (e.g., a resources or documents page) contains multiple linked files that were not detected automatically.
- Copy the full URL of the page that lists the documents.
- Paste it into the field labeled Page URL Containing Documents.
- Submit to process all linked documents from that page.
