The content tab contains filters, tabs, and version control options for each page on your Streamline Site. In this guide, you’ll learn how to manage pages, images, and files easily.

When you open the content section, you’ll notice three main tabs at the top: Pages, Images, and Files. Each tab serves a different purpose in managing your website’s content.
Content Libary Overview
Pages Tab: Managing Your Website Pages
The Pages tab is your control center for all the pages on your site. Here’s what you’ll find:
- Search Bar: Quickly find specific pages by typing in keywords.
- Filters:
- Page Types: Select from different page types to narrow down your search.
- Menu Status: Filter pages based on whether they are featured in your menu.
- Last Edited By: See who made the last changes to a page.
- Published Status: Filter by whether a page is published or unpublished.
- Add New Content: Use this button to create new pages for your website.
- Content Details: View important information like monthly pageviews, page type, menu location, last update date, and the person who made the updates.
Editing Pages: Each page is represented by a rectangle with an edit pencil icon.
Click the pencil icon to:
- Edit Page: Make changes to the page’s content.
- Duplicate Page: Create a copy of the page.
- Delete Page: Remove the page from your site.
Version Control: Need to revert to a previous version? Under the 'Last Edited' field, click on a date to view previous versions of your page. You can see who made the changes and even revert to that version if needed.
Images Tab: Organizing Your Website’s Images
The Images tab stores all the images you’ve uploaded. Here’s how to manage them:
- Upload Images: Click the 'Upload from Your Computer' button, select an image, and click 'Open' to add it to your site.
- Drag & Drop: Alternatively, you can drag images directly into the storage area for quick uploads.
Files Tab: Managing Uploaded Files
The Files tab is where all your uploaded files are stored. To add new files:
- Upload Files: Click the 'Select files to upload, or drag & drop files here' button. Find the file on your computer, click 'Open,' and it will be uploaded.
- Drag & Drop: Just like with images, you can drag files directly into the storage area.
