The All-New Streamline Customer Billing Portal

Manage all your Streamline billing needs, from viewing and paying invoices to updating payment methods, all in one place!

Not seeing your portal?

In order to access the billing portal, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your Streamline site

2. Click "Preferences" in the left menu bar (gear icon)

3. Scroll down to the green button labeled "Launch billing portal"

4. You should be able to view and edit some basic billing functions there including; viewing your invoices, adding payment methods, updating billing information, and payments


5. You can add payment methods, or scroll down to view/pay invoices!

Not seeing the "Launch billing portal" button? Check these settings.

1. Ensure that “Manage Billing” is turned on for the users trying to make changes or access the billing portal.

2. To manage permissions for a user, click “Edit” next to their name, then check that “Manage Billing” is selected. This will grant the user access to the billing portal, allowing them to view and make changes to billing information.
